SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with AgeWell Shop. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary by product, destination, and fulfillment partner. The estimated shipping time provided at checkout is the best available estimate for your order.

Some products may ship separately and may arrive in multiple packages.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be offered on select products or orders when stated on the product listing or at checkout.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been processed.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by AgeWell Shop.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
